  We were pretty happy with our help at the location on Chad. But after 2 hours and we got home I Son in law Screen protector was broke. Now remember it was only lesson 2 hours and they told us they could not be turn it that we had to go on line to the company and have it registered and then go from there. I think I was very poor customer service. Also all his games went away and they didn't tell us that was gonna happen with the transfer to the new phone. So unfortunately I felt it was a good experience until we walked out the door.
