  This is to inform of an unacceptable behavior observed at your shop on my recent visit. My husband and I were at the shop to help one of our friends to make a purchase of ten pair of pants that consumed about an hour. As a note, no assistance was offered during that period by the shop assistants. During checkout, all the items were scanned for the price but one pair of pants was found left on the counter. It seems to be done on purpose as its highly unprofessional and unexpectable against the customer. No apologies or regrets were made for this issue. I would appreciate your consideration into it.

  No one said Hello as I entered the store, there were 3 employees all on the floor. It's Christmas time, consumers usually need help. The manager (I ssume) was barking orders at one of the employees that a lot needed to be folded before tomorrow. I had to ask for help, and even then didn't get an immediate response, I wondered if she heard me. She did, but lacked any sense of enthusiasm . When I was ready to check out I felt ignored again. Levis you need a new manager, she was awful and maybe that's why the two employees there with her were also unfriendly. I would've just left if I didn't need that present. I won't return.
