Our outdoor room looks exactly like it was rendered and there were no major construction hiccups that were not weather related. One minor complaint is that I wish there would have been a little more coordination between all contractors on our project. Dealing with three different ones (outdoor room, pool and landscaper) became somewhat of a challenge, especially in the final stages.
