  Had a good experience, they staff was attentive and helpful. They didn't have the phone case I went in for in stock but was able to find a replacement with some help. Store associate(s) were helpful and took care of some phone issues for me.

  WORST SERVICE EVER- don't go here!!!! I bought a phone and he sent the receipt to my email. Then I bought a case, screen protector and pop up. He didn't tie it to my rewards and I have no receipt. I went up there they scanned my gift card and told me exchange wouldn't be a problem. My son went up with the receipt info and they wouldn't do the exchange, even though its their employee that messed up, they saw my receipt and we only wanted to exchange.
