  Received a $10 "gift certificate" after shopping here. Went to online store to place order. One item did not get shipped -- out of stock. I returned two of the items immediately due to poor quality fabric -- using the return slip in the package. NO credit was ever received! I returned one more item, and never received any credit for that as well. So my advice to you is don't try to order from this company online. It has been three months, and despite multiple phone calls and wasted time, I still have not received ANY credit for the three items I returned. I have never encountered this level of incompetence from a company before. It has been up to me to show proof of the return, and even after that -- NO CREDIT given. I have had to file an escalation complaint through PayPal, too. Not fun and a tremendous waste of time!
